All we do is help brokers and salespeople make money in their service to the public. When you join the service it is like hiring us to become a personal marketing and information assistant. We are virtual consultants to the industry, in your office, over the phone. Since 1990 I have studied and continue to do so, on how to apply information technology to our industry and then teach brokers and salespersons how to use it in their every day work life to serve their clients and prospects. In a sense I hold a unique position and responsibility. I have been helping real estate broker and salesperson members generate deals through the use of internet technology, computers and software and have seen the successes and failures. And it is through the failures that I have learned the most. Computers, the Internet, software, information technology - it is all like having a jet outside your door . . . it sounds good but if you do not know how to fly it, you still aren't going anywhere! Commercial real estate is very different from residential real estate and it has very special requirements. There are major differences in the handling and placement of information in the real estate business. It is these special requirements and applications unique to the commercial real estate industry that we teach. These techniques however are applicable no matter where you work commercial real estate . . . world wide. We know the concepts that we teach work, because we have had hundreds of deals reported by members applying these concepts. And because of this we are confident there should be no reason why should not benefit as well. Bill Gates wrote a book "Business @ The Speed of Thought" For ten years we have been applying these principals in the development of this service. It is these concepts that we teach. How to make information technology work for you in your every day real estate business. What your clients and prospects have for sale or what they are looking for now becomes very valuable! Why? Because if YOU assist them in selling it, or if YOU find what they are looking for and help them buy or lease it, you make a lot of money and provide a real service to the marketplace.
