| When the rate wizard window appears, it starts by showing the first item in the list of
items from the source table. If you entered a base rate for each item, your input
will be carried over into the wizard. |

| Specify the
increment amount, and type - "% per year" or "$ per square foot per
year". You may also choose to start your rate increment in another year. |
| Once you have set the rate
specifications for this item, click on the Apply button to fill in the rate table.
The Rate Wizard will automatically go to the next item in your list. Continue until
all items are specified, and select the Done button. |

| The Overlay rate
checkbox allows the user to specify a different rate and/or increment for part of the
specified time period. |

internet menu Back button to return to the previous page, or select from the menu above. |
