Loan/Mortgage Analysis - Regular Loan - Assumptions tab

Loan/Mortgage Analysis gives you the option of seeing the loan balance at different points during the term.  Look at the bottom of the graphic screen.  Here, the user has selected a balance date three years into the five year term of the loan.

to continue, click on the Amortization Schedule tab, or click on the Type Of Payment drop-down listbox to see the Interest Only Payment type of loan, or to see the Calendar Wizard, click on the dotted button beside the Commencement or Balance date field, or click on "Help" to see the Help contents window supplied with each analysis program, or click on the File Open or the File Save toolbar button (yellow file folder/diskette), or to see the Canadian Mortgage loan, click on the Type of Loan drop-down listbox.
