| Lease Analysis deals with the major financial implications of
leasing, and calculates the before and after tax present value, future value, average
annual gross cost and average annual gross cost per sq. ft. |
The Lease Data folder contains the basic
details of the lease.. Note the Gross rentable area, Gross-up ratio and the Net
rentable area fields: you may enter data in any two of these three fields, and the
third will be automatically calculated for you. |
A number of basic Lease items are pre-loaded into
the rate table; you may add other items to this table. Once you have specified your
items, click on the Rate Wizard button. You may first type in your base rate in the
"Year 1" column if you wish. |

- click on the Lease type drop-down listbox to
see the Industrial lease type, or
- click on "Help" to see the Help
contents window supplied with each analysis program, or
- click on the File Open or the File Save
toolbar button (yellow file folder/diskette), or
- click on the Rate Wizard button, or
- click on the Assumptions tab to continue.
