More input fields here - note that Rent abatement, Cash bonus and Total cost may be input directly, or calculated by entering amounts into their "based on" fields to the right.  Total inducements are calculated from the amounts you enter in the Rent abatement and Cash bonus fields.  Amortization and C.C.A. term default to the Lease term you specified on the Lease Data tab, but may be changed.

• click on "Help" to see the Help contents window supplied with each analysis program, or
• click on the File Open or the File Save toolbar button (yellow file folder/diskette), or
• click on the Lease Profile tab to continue.
