the FSBO area (for sale by owner). Haves and wants are located there and
are sent to members of the service. When someone feels they can benefit
you, they contact you directly. Your information is circulated to
Executive Members who have subscribed to our FSBO list service and your
information resides in a database that brokers can check regularly. If
they have something that matches your have or want description, they can
contact you directly. 2. Place your information through an
Executive Member. There are over a quarter of a million hits per month for
information placed by Executive Members plus a major distribution to the
world wide industry. This distribution gets underway instantly and
automatically with all services distributed within thirty days. You can

You can search for one in many ways. By city, state, first few letters of a zip code, etc. If one is not in the exact area you wish, contact one nearest and ask for suggestions. Most of the time they will be able to refer you to someone that can help you. You can sort by home pages as well and click on them for a wealth of information. salesperson subscribe to the service and place your information. It is
only $240/yr. for all their information, all year long, plus a $79 signup
fee. To signup details: Search Have Want Information from the main menu. If you place a Have, look for buyers today looking. If you place a Want, look for the haves in that business category, and business area. Sort things by price in descending order to get the highest priced listings first, and sort things by location in ascending order to have things returned in alphabetical order, or by square footage. You will see the choices. You can also do a key word search. For resorts search the word resort, for hotels and motels search the letters otel (part of the word hotel and motel), for a bakery search the word bakery. Do not do a key word search for any of the categories, ie plaza since there already is a category for that. For power of sales, search Power, etc. Look in the FSBO area and do a limited search. There could be another person that could be a match for you there. Click on Executive Members from the main menu and search for your town, or the first letter of a postal code or the first few numbers of a zip code and see if there is a member in your area. You are actually the driving force behind this real estate network. It is information such as yours that is the specialty of this service. We will personally help you with the
placement of your information, how to keep it current and active, with new
circulation, how to provide all the links necessary to deliver traffic to
your information and to your web site if you have one. In fact it is this
training session that can be directly responsible for you doing deals and
not doing deals.
