1. Here is a money maker that will work the rest of your life.  We call it "Leads For a Lifetime." 
   
   Add 15,000 real estate ads to YOUR web site in a way that you receive the leads! Work the leads as direct business or referrals. Referrals are averaging 5 minutes to do and average $8,000 to $10,000 each and more.
   
   Is it possible to make $80,000 with fifty minutes work?  If you do ten referrals over a year and a half and they all went through you could.
   
   You simply send this instruction page to your web site designer.
   
   Once installed, some one will call you one day and ask for information on a message number.  Tell them you will have someone call them back.

3. How to Promote Your Web Site.
   
   If you are going to make money from your web site, it is incumbent upon you to ensure you are getting traffic to your web site.
   
   Web sites are like billboards.  If you have a billboard stuck in your garage, no one can see it. If it is on a major highway, then people can see it, and if you have 15,000 real estate ads on it, it will generate leads. 
   
   It is therefore important to generate traffic to your web site and the How to Promote Your Web Site shows you secrets, competitive secrets that will help you capture traffic off the Internet in your specific market.

   In commercial real estate one lead can make one a lot of money and this is a way of generating many leads.
    

4. There is one thing that is better than listing and selling real estate and that is referrals. 
   
   Why? Because a referral can take five minutes to do and make $8,000 and more.
   
   ICIWorld has two databases, Database 1 is over 7,000 Haves and Wants placed by brokers and salespeople and the public reads it. Database 2 is over 7,000 Haves and Wants placed by the public.
   
   When information is placed by the public in Database 2, these are opportunities to do business directly with principals!  They are also opportunities to do referrals!
   
   Many have been receiving these leads by Email and thought, oh, they are not in my area, and have disregarded them.  Yet these are opportunities to make a five minute phone call and make $10,000 and more!
   
   May we suggest that every member try to do at least ten referrals over the next year from Database 2.

   It is simply a five minute phone call anywhere in North America to do a referral.
   
   May we suggest you have three choices: a) contact the broker who has the listing; b) contact your company representative in that area; c) contact a CCIM go to http://www.ccim.com click on Locate a CCIM. You can mention Gary Nusca, CCIM suggested you call them.
   
   The only reason brokers and salespeople do not work referrals is because they do not get the leads.  Now you will.
    

5. Forgot your Log In information?
   
   Go to http://www.iciworld.net Click on Member Management, click on Log in help on the left. Follow it through and your log in information will be sent to you by EMail within three minutes.
    

6. Keep it Simple
   
   95% of the time all you need to do is go to http://www.iciworld.net and choose one of three items and they are all at the top in the middle.
   
   1) Search Database 1 - when you click on this, a new screen will appear.  Learn two items on the left, one is Advanced, the other is Advanced with contact information.
   
   2) Search Database 2 - when you click on this, a new screen will appear.  Choose the third item on the left, Member Access to FSBO Area. Choose Advanced on the left and make choices.
   
   3) Member Management - Make all choices on the left.
    

7. Powerful Listing Presentations
   
   a) Print out a list of buyers. It will show how well connected you are in the marketplace.
   
   Go to http://www.iciworld.net Click on Search Database 1, Click on Advanced on the left. Make choices of Business Area, Business Category, change the Have/Want to a Want, go to the bottom, change the number of results to 100, Search the Database. 
   
   You should print out the results and use them in your listing presentation. Once they sign their listing with you, you can begin calling these people.  It can be that fast!  It surprises a lot of people.
   
   b) Print out last months statistics in colour showing the 100 countries of the world that you are marketing to.  Go to http://www.iciworld.net On the left click on Statistics, find the last complete month, and click on it.  Print it out in colour. Point out the traffic, millions of hits per month, hits per hour, times of the day and most particularly show the 100 countries that you market to.
   
   When you compete for a listing, other brokers will say they are on the Internet.  However we suggest that the way you are on the Internet is significantly different than the way they are on the Internet and these statistics will show the difference.
    

8. Spam is crippling our real estate business. One solution? Stop Spam
   
   All people on the Internet are having problems coping with an overwhelming supply of junk information. People are suffering information overload.
   
   There is one program that is a solution that will stop junk EMail instantly!  I use it and I include the reasons why. Stop Spam If anyone knows of a better program, please let me know.
   
   Almost all spam blockers will inadvertently stop legitimate mail. You may have to put the email addresses into an authorized list.  For instance if you receive EMail from one of the ICIWorld EMail List Servers, and the mail stops, then this could be the reason.  Simply authorize it yourself.
    

9. Hoaxes, Internet Fraud, Nigerian Sam Letters, ID Theft, Unsolicited Commercial EMail, Spam, Worms, Viruses.
